It's all about Zo!

I'm all about community so when I see an individual using their gifts to better the lives of other people, I want to acknowledge them and share it with the world. I was truly blessed & inspired when I seen these clips of producer & multi instrumentalist Zo of Foreign Exchange teaching his students how to play in a band setting. He has been teaching music to high school kids at a special education school, Rock Creek Academy, in Washington D.C. since 2006. Check it out:

Passing the knowledge of great music to the young generation. Raised on Earth Wind & Fire so thank you for schooling these kids Zo, let them know! lol:)

Best known for his 2008 collaboration with Phonte on the cult classic "Zo and Tigallo Love the 80's" as well as his work on The Foreign Exchange's Grammy-nominated LP, "Leave It All Behind," 'SunStorm" is an extensive 12-track set that shows the ever-expanding range and depth of Zo! and the entire Foreign Exchange Music family.

"SunStorm" is the latest album from the Detroit-area born, DC-area based producer/multi-instrumentalist Zo!

Inspired by Slum Village:

So, Zo you are recognized. Keep shinging. Thank you for sharing your amazing gifts with the world. You are inspiring & bringing healing to many people including myself through your music. More people need to know more about you as well as the Foreign Exchange family. Blessings!
